My anniversary getaway was filled with beautiful moments, thanks to the staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay, even when issues arose. However, some minor room maintenance and dining satisfaction fell short of expectations. Despite the high price point, the hospitality and unique property make it worth considering for a special occasion.

My stay at The M Malibu was frustrating right from the start. While the location is prime, just a stone's throw from the beach and some great local eateries, the lack of service and support upon arrival was disappointing. The room itself was bare-bones and uncomfortable due to no air conditioning, which really put a damper on the experience. However, I did appreciate the nearby dining options and charming neighborhood vibes.
